Fitness for Beginners it tailored to those who are just entering the action phase of change. We will help to establish self management motivation tools to make fitness improvements.

INTERMEDIATE TRAINING

Intermediate Fitness is for individuals who have the basic understanding about fitness and health, but are ready to go to the next level of fitness.  They are ready to permanently adjust to a fitness lifestyle.

ADVANCED TRAINING

The intensity of the advanced fitness level is for those committed to change. Previous fitness experience is not required to join the advanced fitness level.

About Trainer

My name is Brenda Rule-Osburn. I am a Certified Fitness Trainer with ISSA and the Association of Fitness by Phone Coaches. I have owned/operated “Bodies Be Fit” in the Land of Enchantment, beautiful New Mexico, for the last 18 years.
